Award Winning Food
We make all our dishes in house, including our bread for the lunch time baguettes. We are particularly proud of our pies and recommend them as a must try, for an indulgent treat. As a lighter option and always changing, our daily specials allow us to make the most of the wonderful local, seasonal produce the area has to offer; seafood from Morecambe Bay, Lancashire and Cumbrian meat and game from Udale butchers, and an array of cheeses from our local dairies. We also love the friendly informality of pubs, so pub classics and hearty dishes have their place firmly on the menu. These comforting dishes are a must after a good walk with the dog or with friends, enjoyed sitting by one of our many open fires.
On Sundays, we add a choice of roasts with all the trimmings, during game season, you can be sure to find a good game selection on the menu.

Whether you’re celebrating a birth, a life or organising a business event, we pride ourselves on delivering the service and facilities to suit the exact needs of your event. Our buffets are all prepared freshly in house and served with the same care and attention as our main menu. As well as the menu options listed, we offer bespoke group dining options, which we welcome you to get in touch to discuss.
Allergens on Our Menu
We source gluten free ingredients to cater for guests with a gluten intolerance. Dishes marked with GF are made with non gluten containing ingredients. Our dishes marked with GFO have non gluten containing alternatives available, and can be altered upon request.
